- Returns
If there are any issues with product quality, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of purchase. After receipt of this, we will ship your replacement within 10 working days! Returns postage will initially be covered by the customer pending review of the nature of the return. All returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.
- Warranty
Our warranty covers spare parts and technical faults for 2 years. If you have any problems with any of our products like our badminton shuttlecock feeder, squash ball machine, etc. during use, send us a video or photo of the nature of the problem and quite often we’ll be able to resolve it remotely for you!
