Bought this shuttle feeder March 2023, delivery was really quick (3 days) and the support from Bernard regarding buying and setting up was really fantastic. The machine is well made, it’s heavy and feels like it will last for years. It’s a brilliant training tool and the feeding options which can be easily programmed from the remote control are really good. The most useful feature is the rechargeable battery which means it can be wheeled onto a court without the need for a wall socket. Fantastic piece of kit.

Bought the Express shuttlecock machine. Very impressed by its versatility and reliability. It’s been a great purchase for me and I think it’s good value for money. Bernard was very responsive and the delivery was fast ☺️

Bought the badminton feeder to enhance my students skills and found it very useful indeed. Plenty of attention from other members who all wanted to try it out! 😊 Great for improving static stroke play, allowing the coach to pay particular attention to the players, position, rotation, arm skills whilst the feeder is feeding the shuttle to the desired position. Ability to do multi strokes to improve the players consistency whilst getting them to move to pre selected positions. Can be utilised for 2 b 1 with the feeder and coach both feeding the player at once. (Advanced player training). If you want to improve your badminton players, this is a must! Very happy indeed.

I have now had an opportunity to properly try out the shuttlecock feeder that I bought from Bernard. It's superb. Fires the shuttles reliably, they don't get stuck. Remore control takes some getting used to and I'm not quite there yet with that but I can't imagine there's a better machine vailable for reliably feeding shuttles. Have to say that dealing withe Bernanrd was a pleasure he is reliable and true to his word. Very helpful. I'm a club player looking to get better and this machine has proved very helpful thus far.

Can not recommend Big Toy enough, was let down by a previously UK supplier, so contacted Big Toy who got back to be instantly by Bernard, very helpful and explained what models he had in stock and at what price brackets. Once payment was cleared I had the shuttle machine delivered within 2 days as promised, the shuttlemachine is so well made with so many possibilities and options to help improve beginners through to elite players.

I got the launcher about a month ago from Bernard (the agent who sold it, and who I highly recommend) but due to work commitments, I haven’t used it that much. The few times I have used it, it has worked brilliantly. I saw immediately how it would help me … a lot with so much of my groundwork and returns. As mentioned earlier, I found Bernard very easy and most reliable to work with. He answered all my queries almost by return of mail. As for the machine itself, the first thing that grabs you as you unbox it is how well constructed it is, made of the best metal, very solid, very well tooled. I initially couldn’t figure out certain aspects but Bernard cleared things up for me swiftly and I look forward to going forward with the adjustments he suggested. So, overall I can highly recommend the Siboasi and Bernard. I will update this as and when I get to use the launcher a bit more. Louie Lyons
